Welcome to RavePeak. By creating an account or using our service you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
RavePeak helps businesses request and manage customer reviews, collect private feedback, and respond to reviews. Features vary by plan.
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to act for your business.
You agree to request reviews only from real customers, to invite honest feedback from all customers without incentives or pressure, and not to fake, filter, or suppress reviews. You will comply with Google's and other platforms' review policies and all applicable laws, including the FTC's rules on endorsements.
If you use SMS or email features, you confirm that every recipient has consented to be contacted by your business and that you will honor opt-out requests. See our Messaging Policy. You are solely responsible for your contact lists and the messages you send.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor (Stripe) after any free trial. You authorize recurring charges until you cancel. You may cancel anytime; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee any specific number of reviews, rankings, or business results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RavePeak is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior three months.
We may update the service or these terms; material changes will be posted here. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
