Businesses using RavePeak must only message customers who have agreed to be contacted. By sending through our platform you confirm you have that consent.
A one-time, personalized request to leave a review after a completed job or purchase, plus at most a small number of reminders. We do not send marketing or promotional content on your behalf.
Every recipient can stop messages at any time by replying STOP, and can reply HELP for assistance. Opt-outs are honored automatically. Message and data rates may apply from the recipient's carrier.
Message frequency varies based on how often you request reviews. Recipients are typically contacted only around the time of their service.
