This policy explains what RavePeak collects and how we use it.
Account data: your name, business name, email, and password (stored hashed). Customer data you add: the names and contact details you enter to send review requests. Usage data: basic logs needed to run and secure the service.
To provide the service: sending the review requests you initiate, showing your dashboard, and processing billing. We do not sell your data.
We share data only with the providers needed to run the service — for example Stripe (payments), and our email/SMS providers (to deliver messages you send). Each processes data on our behalf.
You control the customer contacts you upload and are the controller of that data. We process it only to deliver the requests you send. We will delete customer data on your request.
We keep data while your account is active and delete it on request or a reasonable period after account closure. We use industry-standard measures to protect data, though no method is 100% secure.
